My area of expertise is residential financing, running the gamut from jumbo loans to first-time homebuyer loans. Since the early 2000's the primary loan I have originated has been FHA due to its many beneficial features. Those include low downpayment, lower interest rate, lower PMI & the option for 6% seller paid closing costs. I also specailize in city grant loans, Broward County & Florida Bond loans, and reverse mortgages to name a few. I have worked with some of South Florida's largest builders over the years to finance new construction home loans (such as Town & Country Homes - now KHovanian, & Home Dynamics) and continue to receive referrals from South Florida's finest realtors and builders as well as past customers...
